The Solution
INNERLUXES developed a Windows-based solution that performs automatic synchronization of contact information between the Exchange server and one or several servers of the business-process automation system. One advantage of the service is that it synchronizes contacts while taking the systems' time zones into account.
The solution not only merges users' accounts and contacts but also registers all conflict situations and forms a protocol with the synchronization results — available to both users and system administrators at different levels of detail. INNERLUXES built the solution to operate across different Exchange versions (from MS Exchange 2007 SP1 onward), correctly accommodating the specifics of each version.
