Alishba Khan is a UX Researcher at INNERLUXES, where she keeps product decisions anchored in what real people actually need. Across more than six years in IT, she has built her work around a simple belief: the fastest way to a better product is to understand the person using it before a single screen is designed.

Her day-to-day spans the full research toolkit. She plans and runs user research and interviews, facilitates usability testing on early prototypes and live flows, and shapes information architecture so people can find what they came for. She also maps end-to-end journeys, surfacing the moments where users hesitate, drop off, or feel delighted — then turns those findings into clear, actionable direction for designers and engineers.

What sets her apart is how she connects evidence to outcomes. She translates messy, qualitative signals into patterns the whole team can act on, pairing them with structured testing so design choices are validated rather than assumed. The result is human-centric design that holds up under real use, not just in a review.

Working closely with product and engineering, Alishba makes sure that INNERLUXES products are grounded in genuine user needs from the first sketch to the final release — and that the voice of the user stays in the room at every step.
