Amir Hussain leads the Project Management Office at INNERLUXES, where he is responsible for how delivery is run across the whole company. He oversees a community of 45+ certified project managers — holding PMP, PSM, and PSPO credentials — who plan and steer engagements across 30+ industries. His remit is to make sure that no matter the industry or the size of the work, a client gets a project manager who follows the same proven playbook.

Most of Amir's work is about standardization. He defines how engagements are scoped, staffed, estimated, and reviewed, so that planning is consistent and predictable from the first conversation onward. With a portfolio of 68 projects running in parallel, that discipline is what keeps delivery healthy: shared templates, common estimation models, and structured stage reviews mean teams move quickly without reinventing the process each time.

He also owns the governance side of delivery. Amir runs risk governance and delivery-health monitoring, watching for early signals — slipping milestones, scope drift, capacity strain — and stepping in before small issues become big ones. Alongside that, he invests heavily in PM capability growth, mentoring managers, refining career paths, and raising the bar on certification so the practice keeps getting stronger.

The result is delivery that is both fast and dependable. INNERLUXES ships roughly 60% faster than the industry average, with first production releases typically landing in one to six weeks. Amir's approach is what lets that speed scale: a portfolio that stays governed, transparent, and consistently well-run no matter how many projects are in flight.
