He favours architectures that are proven and maintainable over ones that simply look impressive on a slide, so the solution keeps delivering long after launch.

As a project manager, he plans and steadily implements IoT initiatives while keeping a firm hand on cost. He sequences work so value lands early, watches the budget at every milestone, and makes the trade-offs explicit rather than letting them surface as surprises.
