Most of her day is spent finding the points where a system starts to strain — a slow query, a saturated thread pool, a service that buckles once concurrent users climb. She isolates those bottlenecks, quantifies them, and works with engineers to tune them out, so response times hold steady instead of degrading under pressure.

Sana leans on industry-standard load-generation tools such as JMeter together with monitoring and observability stacks to watch how a system behaves while it is under strain. She cares less about a single number and more about the full picture: throughput, latency, error rates, and the headroom left before things tip over.

Across INNERLUXES projects, her work is part of why teams can promise performance and mean it. She turns vague worries about scale into measured evidence, giving engineers and clients a clear, tested answer to one question — will it hold up when it matters?

Performance is a feature users feel even when they cannot name it. Nobody thanks you for a page that loads instantly — but they all leave the one that doesn't. My job is to make sure they never have a reason to.
