About

Good analytics and AI start long before the first chart or model — they start with data that is trustworthy, well-shaped, and always there when it is needed. That is the work Sonia does. As a Data Engineer at INNERLUXES, she designs and builds the pipelines, warehouses, and platforms that move data from messy, scattered sources into clean, governed foundations teams can actually rely on.

Sonia spends her days engineering reliable ETL and ELT pipelines, integrating data from databases, applications, files, and APIs into coherent models. She designs and maintains data warehouses and data lakes, structuring them so that analysts and downstream systems can query fast and trust what they get. When workloads grow heavy, she leans on big data processing and streaming so fresh data keeps flowing in near real time rather than landing a day late.

Much of her focus is on the qualities that are easy to skip and expensive to ignore: data quality, reliability, and observability. She builds validation, monitoring, and clear lineage into her pipelines so problems surface early and the people consuming the data know exactly where it came from. On the platform side, she engineers scalable, well-governed cloud data environments — handling orchestration, access controls, and cost-aware scaling — so the foundation holds up as demand increases.

Her work is part of how 132+ INNERLUXES professionals deliver across 68 projects. When a team needs analytics they can act on or an AI model they can ship, Sonia is the reason the data underneath it is clean, current, and dependable.

Analytics and AI are only as good as the data beneath them — so I build foundations that are reliable, observable, and ready, and let every insight and model stand on ground that holds.
