This privacy statement explains what personal data INNERLUXES (Private) Limited (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) collects, and how that data is used, shared, secured, and retained. It applies to all personal data processed through the Company’s website and in the course of delivering its services.

2. Who We Are

We are INNERLUXES, a software development and IT consulting company with 132+ IT professionals on board. As you read this document, you are visiting our website — the digital face of our company. We want your time here to be a great experience: to share the materials you are interested in, to answer any questions that come up quickly, and to keep the website running smoothly so nothing gets in your way. Some of that is only possible with your help, which you give by sharing your personal data with us. At the same time, we understand that personal data is a highly sensitive matter, and we take your privacy very seriously.

3. What Personal Data We Collect

INNERLUXES collects data to respond to you directly regarding our services. You provide some of this data yourself — for example, when you fill in the Contact Us form, request a quote, use one of our cost calculators, or send us a question about an article. Please be aware that you may communicate personal data we do NOT require, including your payment data, in the description section of a contact form. We will not use this information in any way, besides storing it on our backup server. Please do not share with us any personal data not requested from you directly.

Our website is not intended for children or for private individuals, and we do not knowingly collect data relating to them. Parents can revoke consent choices previously made, and review, edit, or request the deletion of their children’s personal data. We may also collect personal data from third parties who have your consent to pass your details to us, or from publicly available sources.

INNERLUXES collects the data for the following purposes: sending communications, including promotional communications; advertising; analyzing website visitor statistics; technical website troubleshooting; and improving the website user experience. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organizations and businesses.

For example, we store the data we collect from you directly or indirectly — such as your name, email address, phone number, or company name — in a secure database. You can sign up for email subscriptions and choose whether you wish to receive promotional communications from INNERLUXES by email, SMS, physical mail, or telephone.

We will share your information with our affiliated delivery team, which will handle your request. Our delivery team must abide by our data privacy and security requirements and is not allowed to use the personal data it receives from us for any purposes other than those specified above. To ensure an adequate level of protection of the personal data you share, all obligations of the delivery team are established in an internal agreement within INNERLUXES.

  • You may opt out of any marketing communications that we may send you. This choice does not apply to mandatory service communications.
  • You may recall your consent for the processing of your information at any time.
  • You may request erasing or updating your personal information via the personal data management page.
